Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for a fast-paced call center. You will manage a team of 3 HR professionals, oversee end-to-end HR operations, and act as a strategic partner to management for a workforce of 500+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR team and serve as primary HR contact for employees and management.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, offboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Oversee high-volume hiring, payroll, attendance, shifts, and attrition management.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, talent development, and retention; maintain HR metrics and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR management experience in large organizations (strictly telecollections for banks and nfbc/fintech).
  • Experience managing teams and 500+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of India labor laws and HR systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's or HR certification is a plus.
