Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Khambha. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, developing training programs, overseeing performance appraisals, and ensuring a collaborative work environment. They will also be tasked with fostering employee engagement and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding strategies
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, and HR Policies
• Experience in Performance Management, Training and Development, and Succession Planning
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
• Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred
