About Learnall

Learnall is a Zoho Premium Partner with 9+ years of experience implementing Zoho Books, ERP, CRM, People, Payroll, Analytics and Creator for businesses across India and overseas. We are a growing team of consultants and developers and we are hiring someone to own our people and payroll function.

What you will do:

Recruitment

- Run end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, rolling out offers and closing candidates

- Manage relationships with job portals, recruitment agencies and referral programs

HR operations

- Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave

- Run engagement activities and performance review cycles

- Manage exits: clearance, documentation and exit interviews

- Maintain HR policies and keep the team informed

Payroll

- Process monthly payroll: attendance, leave, loss of pay, reimbursements and salary revisions

- Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS on salaries, including monthly filings and challans

- Issue payslips and manage investment declarations, proof collection and Form 16

- Prepare full and final settlements for exiting employees

- Coordinate with accounts on salary payouts and payroll journal entries

What we are looking for:

–3 years in recruitment, HR operations and payroll

- Hands-on experience processing payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)

- Hands-on experience sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn and similar portals

- Strong communication and follow-up; comfortable talking to candidates daily

- Organised, accurate with numbers, and good at keeping records and meeting deadlines

Good to have

- Experience with Zoho Payroll, Zoho People or Zoho Recruit

- Experience hiring for IT, SaaS or consulting roles

- CTC: 3–5 LPA

- Location: Hyderabad, work from office, full-time
