We're hiring an Onsite HR Executive to manage our talent acquisition and HR operations at our office. If you have 2-3 years of HR experience and enjoy working closely with teams in person, this is a great opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Manage remote hiring, interviews, and onboarding for both onsite and remote roles
• Maintain HR records, employee data, and policies digitally.
• Assist with performance appraisals, payroll coordination, and benefits
• Organize virtual engagement activities and promote a positive work culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
• Act as the primary HR point of contact at the office

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
