I have written a straight-up requirement - without cliches, so if you ask any of the below questions or a JD from my team or me without reading this thoroughly - Please consider yourself REJECTED.
Key Requirements - (Only This is NON - NEGOTIABLE)
- Thorough understanding of HR statutory compliances and labour legislation (if you know basics but you are willing to put in the Work - we are okay with it.
- Proficient in utility of Excel - (we expect you know beyond Pivot Tables)
- Empathy - We have senior Leadership as well as blue collar team members - you should be able to maneuver both.
Other Details
- You are expected to play a role setting up the SOPs and upgrade and/or ensure execution of the current HR policy. (Generalist Role)
- Currently we do not have a software hence basic excel and Biometric attendance is what we rely for Payroll which is a big component of JOB profile. (Payroll)
- We are building our own ERP System and if you are keen you can participate in entire HR functionality being set-up - This is a perk and not a requirement of Tech or this is not a skill necessary for Job (Tech - HR)
- Location - Andheri
- Remuneration - 9.5 Lakhs per Annum (Ceiling limit)
- We work on-site and alternate Saturdays is working
- We are working on getting Medical insurance benefits for employees - something we have not been able to close as a dedicated resource is a challenge we are facing so it will be your ownership.
- We have 6 Locations Pan India - visit to each center once a quarter is expected.
