Job description:
Qualification: MBA in HR (2-5 years Real estate relevant experience)
The ideal candidate should have an ability to manage the organization, bring in ideas and processes to better the functionality of the departments. The candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking and working cross-functionally with different departments in a Real estate Advisory Company.

Detailed JD:
General and Task Management
Create the HR budget and HR planning for the organization
Create the KRAs and KPIs for the entire organization with implementation
Monitor the KPIs for the organization
Create a performance appraisal system for the organization.
Formulate and manage the HR policies of the organization.
Effectively and efficiently manage the daily targets in line with the director's specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs & ensure the required best working practices are always maintained
Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily with mention of the deviations
Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers
Drive process improvements as required
Produce written reports and make presentations
Undertake continuous training and development
Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
People Management
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required
Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing holidays, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximize efficient productivity
Motivate and coach the team to operational success
Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems
Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them
Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting
Financial and Budget Control
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
