About Us: We are PinPlay(a brand under Immersiq Gaming Private Limited), a next-generation Gaming & Entertainment startup launching two premium locations in Kolkata (New Alipore & New Town). We are building a high-tech, high-energy culture, and we need an HR leader to build our founding team from scratch.

The Role: This is not a desk job. You will be the Architect of our Workforce. You will work directly with the Founder to recruit leadership, technicians, and frontline staff, while establishing the HR policies for the entire company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the hiring for critical roles (General Manager, Ops Manager) and mass hiring for frontline staff (waiters, gaming marshals).
  • Onboarding & Documentation: Manage offer letters, background checks, and seamless onboarding for 50+ employees.
  • Policy Creation: Draft the Employee Handbook, Attendance Policy, and Grooming Standards specifically for a premium hospitality brand.
  • Compliance: Handle PF, ESI, and Shops & Establishment compliance.
  • Culture: Organize team-building activities and ensure high morale in a high-pressure launch environment.
  • Who You Are:

    • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Hospitality, Retail, or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
    • Proven experience in Mass Recruitment (hiring 20+ people in a month).
    • Strong knowledge of Kolkata's local talent market and statutory laws.
    • Excellent communicator with high energy.
