Lead the Human Resource Management & Development function by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. Partner with business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged workforce that supports the Company's strategic growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the Company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding across all functions.
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement Learning & Development programs to build organizational capability.
- Foster employee engagement, recognition, communication, and a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, payroll inputs, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, HRIS, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop HR dashboards and provide management with workforce analytics and actionable insights.
- Partner with department heads on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function and support organizational change.
QULIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Qualification: Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR or Postgraduate Diploma in HRM.
Experience: 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Experience in education, training, or service-sector SMEs is preferred.
