Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes. The role involves managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating with internal teams and clients on staffing and workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies, support training and development initiatives, and maintain accurate HR records, payroll inputs, and documentation. Daily responsibilities also include handling grievance resolution, promoting a positive workplace culture, and providing data-driven HR insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience managing HR operations, including payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
Ability to design and support training, skill development, and employee engagement programs.
Proficiency in HR systems or HRIS/HRIMS, and comfort with using technology for HR processes and reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably within staffing, outsourcing, or multi-industry environments.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities on-site in Patna.
