ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Manager HR & Administration who will take complete ownership of the HR function and play a key role in building systems, driving performance culture, and strengthening organizational structure.
This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of managing recruitment, HR operations, performance systems, compliance, and administration across multiple locations.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to align people strategy with business goals and drive organizational growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
1012 years of experience in HR, with 4+ years in leadership roles
Strong experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, PMS, and Compliance
Preferred industry: HVAC / EPC / MEP / Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate
Proven experience in building and managing HR teams (35 members)
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, HRMS, and HR analytics
Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks
Excellent leadership, maturity, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work closely with Founders / CXOs and drive HR transformation
Highly agile, structured, and result-oriented professional
