• Performance evaluation, people management.
• Training and development.
• Coach team leaders on conflict resolutions, performance feedback, and team motivation.

Skills Require

• MBA in HR/PGDM with minimum 15 years in HR(at least 5 years in people management).
• Understanding of all HR activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and command over English.
• Proficiency in computers.
• Knowledge of Malayalam is mandatory.
