About the RoleARR Recruitment Consultancy is hiring on behalf of an esteemed client in the medical industry for the position of HR Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Human Resource Management, with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and HR Operations. The role requires a result-oriented professional capable of independently managing the entire HR function and aligning people strategy with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment- Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning and sourcing to onboarding.
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads for resource planning and manpower forecasting.
- Manage vendor relationships, job portals, and campus recruitment drives.
Employee Relations & Engagement- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and conduct exit interviews.
- Drive organizational culture, internal communication, and retention programs.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including salary structure, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Professional Tax compliance.
- Handle labour law compliance, statutory reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and e-payments of statutory dues.
Performance Management & Training- Implement performance management systems including goal-setting and appraisal cycles.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Work with leadership to align performance outcomes with business goals.
HR Operations & Strategy- Manage the entire employee lifecycle onboarding to separation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Support management with strategic HR insights, workforce analytics, and budgeting.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR as a Generalist or HR Manager.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and HR operations.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, and Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a people-first mindset.
Eligibility Criteria- MBA (Full-Time) in Human Resources from a recognized and reputed institution (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a corporate or healthcare setup.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mohali (Sector 68).
