Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our EV Car Showroom located in Erode. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will also lead training and development programs, monitor performance appraisals, handle compensation and benefits, and ensure employee engagement through effective communication and support.

Remuneration

  • 25,000 + Incentive

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of HR Policies, Labor Law compliance, and Employee Relations
  • Experience in designing and delivering Training and Development programs
  • Competency in Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the automotive or retail sector is an advantage
