Role Overview
Seeking a proactive and result-driven ATL Placement Coordinator / HR responsible for managing student placements, building industry partnerships, and ensuring seamless coordination between students and hiring organizations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students regarding placement opportunities and provide career guidance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters
- Identify and approach new companies for student placement opportunities
- Ensure successful placement of students in relevant job roles
- Schedule and manage interviews, placement drives, and hiring events
- Maintain and update databases of companies, recruiters, and student records
- Support students with basic interview preparation, grooming, and employability skills
- Act as a liaison between students and employers
- Track, analyze, and report placement performance and outcomes
- Ensure smooth execution of placement processes and documentation
- Travel to various locations, institutes, and companies for coordination, tie-ups, and placement drives

- Prior experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training institutes
- Confident personality with strong field coordination skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel
