Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the organization's financial, human resources, and administrative operations. This position demands a strategic and hands-on approach to managing multiple functions, aligning them with the organization's goals, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and budget management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and organizational development
- Lead and manage general administrative operations to ensure efficient internal processes and compliance.
- Lead HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure the organization has the right talent at all levels.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee benefits programs, and compensation strategies.
- Manage employee relations, resolving any issues or conflicts while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Ensure performance management systems are in place, promoting career development and employee growth.
- Administer training and development programs to enhance employees skills and improve organizational performance.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience 02+ years in financial management, HR, and administrative leadership.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various departments.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Individuals fluent in English and Korean.
