Job Title: HR Manager

Company: Dlyft India LLP

Location: Kahni, Rohtak, Haryana

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Compensation: Upto ₹7 LPA (Depending on experience and expertise)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: HR Head

Role Overview

Dlyft India LLP is looking for an experienced and execution-focused HR Manager to lead and strengthen the Human Resources function across the organization. The role requires a capable professional who can manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and organizational development while supporting the company's long-term growth plans.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building HR systems, managing workforce planning, driving hiring strategies, improving employee performance, and creating a high-accountability work culture within manufacturing, industrial, OEM, or fast-growing business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, corporate, technical, production, sales, operational, and support functions
  • Build strong hiring pipelines through job portals, consultants, references, social hiring, and strategic sourcing channels
  • Improve recruitment efficiency, hiring quality, and turnaround time
  • Coordinate manpower planning with department heads based on business growth requirements
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment processes to attract quality talent
  • Handle both blue-collar and white-collar hiring operations

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR administration processes
  • Ensure implementation and monitoring of HR policies, company rules, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, employee records, disciplinary processes, and exit formalities
  • Develop and improve HR SOPs, reporting systems, documentation structures, and operational workflows
  • Maintain HR data accuracy, reporting, and employee lifecycle management systems

Culture, Engagement & Retention

  • Build a disciplined, ownership-driven, and performance-oriented work culture
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, motivation, and recognition initiatives
  • Improve communication and coordination across departments and teams
  • Support leadership in strengthening employee morale and workplace culture
  • Identify employee concerns and implement practical solutions to improve stability and retention

Performance Management

  • Support implementation of KPI, KRA, and performance evaluation systems across departments
  • Coordinate with department heads to improve accountability, productivity, and workforce efficiency
  • Assist in performance review processes and employee development planning
  • Support organizational structuring and manpower optimization initiatives
  • Help create measurable performance tracking systems aligned with business objectives

HR Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Support management in strengthening HR systems and organizational processes
  • Assist in building scalable HR structures aligned with business growth plans
  • Contribute to workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational improvement initiatives
  • Participate in policy development, process improvements, and employee development programs
  • Support management in creating strong teams and future-ready organizational structures

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Expertise in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance
  • Experience building and improving HR systems and processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and growth-oriented environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage both strategic and operational HR responsibilities
  • Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing, OEM, industrial products, or startup environments
  • Exposure to scaling HR operations in growing organizations
  • Knowledge of KPI, KRA, and performance management systems
  • Experience in SOP creation, policy development, and organizational structuring
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems and HR process automation

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Additional certifications in HR strategy, labor laws, or organizational development will be an advantage
  • Relevant experience in HR management roles within manufacturing or operational businesses preferred
