Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership HR professional who can lead recruitment, manage HR operations, and build people systems for a fast-growing startup.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to hire top talent and build a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
Hire for roles across marketing, research, clinical operations, and growth teams
2. HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR policies
Coordinate attendance, payroll, and compliance
3. Culture & Team Management
Build a high-performance startup culture
Conduct employee engagement initiatives
Manage employee feedback and performance tracking
4. HR Systems & Processes
Develop hiring processes and recruitment pipelines
Implement performance management systems
Support the company's team expansion and HR strategy
Requirements
Experience
25 years HR experience
Experience in startup hiring preferred
Education
MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
Skills
Strong recruitment and talent sourcing
Experience with LinkedIn hiring
Strong communication and people management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation
50,000 60,000 per month
