Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations and support our growing team at Cocoma Digital.
This role requires hands-on execution across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and experienced in managing people in a fast-paced creative environment.
