HR Manager (People & Culture)

At Clover Organic, people are at the heart of everything we do - from farmers and field teams to scientists, consultants, and partners across India. As we grow, we're looking for an HR Manager who can help us build strong, thoughtful people systems in a mission-driven organisation.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project roles
- Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline, including consultants, interns, and junior professionals
- Manage onboarding, internal trainings, inductions, performance reviews
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team interactions, and internal communication initiatives
- Handle HR documentation, compliance, payroll and leave coordination
- Track basic HR data and support leadership with people insights
- Help improve HR SOPs as the organisation grows
Who we're looking for
- 35 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and operations
- Comfortable working in growing, impact-oriented organisations
- Excellent communicator in English and Hindi
- High attention to detail, organised, and people-centric
- Experience in development, agriculture, NGOs, or mission-led organisations is a strong plus
- Candidates with an existing recruitment network (development sector, agriculture, NGOs, consulting, or allied spaces) will be strongly preferred
