Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for manufacturing and office teams. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support training, development, and engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with department heads on workforce planning, resolving workplace issues, maintaining accurate HR records, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with Chris Cotton's values.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in r workforce planning, preferably within manufacturing or textile sectors.
  • Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a fair and collaborative work environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to on-site operations in Tiruppur.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training, development, and succession planning programs.
  • Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation, and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on inclusivity and respect.
  • Demonstrated capability in change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role in manufacturing, textiles, or a related industry is preferred.
