Position Summary

The HR Manager will lead the company's human resource function, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, partner engagement, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. The role is critical in building and managing a scalable workforce of corporate employees and service professionals while maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for corporate, operations, customer support, technology, and field service roles.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality service professionals and employees.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a talent database for future hiring requirements.

  • Service Partner Workforce Management

    • Recruit, onboard, and verify service professionals joining the platform.
    • Coordinate KYC, address verification, skill verification, and documentation processes.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and service quality standards.
    • Support service partner retention and engagement initiatives.
    Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
    • Address employee and service partner grievances effectively.
    • Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction programs.
    • Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct.
    Performance Management

    • Implement performance evaluation systems for employees and operational teams.
    • Monitor productivity, attendance, service quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Develop performance improvement plans where necessary.
    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
    Training & Development

    • Identify training needs across departments and service categories.
    • Organize onboarding, customer service, compliance, and technical training programs.
    • Ensure continuous skill enhancement of service professionals and staff.
    • Monitor training effectiveness and outcomes.
    HR Operations & Compliance

    • Maintain employee and service partner records.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage leave, attendance, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
    • Support audits and compliance requirements.
    Policy & Process Development

    • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and workforce management processes.
    • Strengthen trust and safety initiatives for customers and service professionals.
    • Ensure adherence to customer safety, anti-harassment, and professional conduct policies.
    Strategic HR Responsibilities

    • Support leadership in workforce planning and expansion strategies.
    • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data.
    • Develop retention and engagement strategies.
    • Contribute to organizational growth and operational excellence.
    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
    • 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in marketplace platforms, home services, staffing, gig workforce, e-commerce, or service industries.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management.
