Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, and local networks
  • Ensure quick turnaround time in closures to meet manpower requirements
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Ensure timely reporting and proper recruitment status updates to management
  • Maintain the candidate database and track hiring status regularly
  • Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning and requirements
  • Assist in basic HR operations and employee engagement activities

Requirements
