Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive the selection process
- Ensure timely onboarding of new hires
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Oversee joining formalities, documentation, and employee records
- Conduct structured induction and orientation programs
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Manage payroll inputs and coordinate for accurate salary processing
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes
5. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with leadership on HR initiatives and projects
- Bridge communication between management and employees
- Support outlet teams with manpower planning and workforce management
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR processes
Requirements- 3–6 years of HR experience (QSR / Café / F&B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, operations, and employee engagement
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
