Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate roles
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive the selection process
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new hires

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Oversee joining formalities, documentation, and employee records
  • Conduct structured induction and orientation programs
  • Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
  • Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate for accurate salary processing
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes

5. Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with leadership on HR initiatives and projects
  • Bridge communication between management and employees
  • Support outlet teams with manpower planning and workforce management

6. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR processes

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of HR experience (QSR / Café / F&B preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, operations, and employee engagement
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
