- sOversee onboarding and induction processe
- sMaintain employee records and HR documentatio
- nEnsure smooth day-to-day HR operation
s4. Performance Managemen
- tImplement performance appraisal system
- sMonitor employee performance and development plan
- sSupport managers in goal setting and evaluation
s5. Payroll & Compensatio
- nCoordinate payroll processing with accurac
- yManage compensation, benefits, and statutory deduction
- sEnsure salary benchmarking and internal equit

- eEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
