Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across sales, operations, and corporate roles
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organization design
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, engagement, and exits
- Handle HR operations including payroll, compliance, policies, and employee relations
- Build performance, incentive, and culture frameworks aligned with business goals
