Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and fully functional HR Manager who will independently drive all HR operations with a proactive, people-first approach.The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, self-driven, policy-oriented, employee-friendly, and capable of building a strong organizational culture while aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Human Resource Management including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a strategic business partner to management on people and organizational matters
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Proactively update management on employee matters, organizational health, and workforce metrics
- Drive organizational culture, values, and engagement initiatives
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop strong recruitment pipelines for IT and support roles
- Drive employer branding initiatives
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction programs
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Build a positive, healthy, and high-performance work environment
- Design and implement employee engagement programs
- Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities
- Act as an employee advocate and ensure open communication
4. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage complete HR lifecycle: Joining to Exit
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
- Administer HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs
- Ensure smooth employee settlements and exit formalities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Draft, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Ensure employee adherence to company policies
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance management
- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance
6. Performance Management, KPIs & Productivity Monitoring
- Design, implement, and manage a structured Performance Management System (PMS).
- Define role-wise KPIs in coordination with department heads
- Monitor employee productivity, discipline, and work outcomes
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews
- Implement appraisal, increment, and promotion frameworks based on KPI achievement
- Ensure alignment between individual goals and organizational objectives
- Track attendance, punctuality, task completion, and performance metrics
- Generate periodic MIS reports for management review
7. Administration & Facilities
- Oversee office administration and employee facilities
- Manage vendor coordination related to admin and HR
- Ensure office discipline, safety, and hygiene

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Prior experience in IT / Software Services industry preferred
- Experience handling 60+ employees
- Exposure to HR automation and digital HR processes
