Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Bhatti Oven Made Memories will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role in Ulhasnagar involves developing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day activities such as coordinating hiring needs with department heads, managing attendance and payroll inputs, addressing employee concerns, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also includes fostering an inclusive work environment, organizing engagement activities, and providing guidance to managers on HR best practices to support retention and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements relevant to on-site operations.
• Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and work with HR and payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple HR tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior HR management experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
