Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in banking recruitment, especially branch banking roles. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team handling, end-to-end recruitment, and stakeholder management within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for banking roles, primarily Branch Banking positions
- Handle hiring for roles such as Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, CASA Sales, Credit Officers, Operations, etc.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Work closely with business stakeholders and HR leaders to understand manpower requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, networking, vendor management)
- Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT and cost parameters
- Monitor recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and hiring dashboards
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes
- Strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Mandatory experience in Banking Domain recruitment
- Strong exposure to Branch Banking hiring
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle bulk as well as niche hiring
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience working with private banks / NBFCs / financial institutions
- Exposure to high-volume hiring and vendor management
