Job Description
HR Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to manage HR operations for our manufacturing/tool room facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, technical & management roles
- Manpower planning, attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Employee relations, grievance handling & discipline
- PF, ESI and statutory compliance
- Performance management, training & employee engagement
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/tool room
- Strong experience in shop-floor HR & manpower management
- Good knowledge of labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
