Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace issues, and support leadership with organizational development and change management initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with department heads to identify staffing needs, plan training, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices aligned with local labor regulations.
• Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to support a collaborative work environment.
• Experience in organizing training, professional development, and engagement initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
• Proficiency in HRIS or related HR software, along with basic data analysis skills for HR reporting and decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within real estate, renovation, or automotive sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
