Key Roles & Responsibilities
Academic Delivery
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions for the Diploma in HRM program
- Teach core and advanced HR subjects including:
- Fundamentals of Human Resource Management
- Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
- Training & Development
- Performance Management Systems
- Labour Laws & Industrial Relations
- Payroll, Compensation & Statutory Compliance
- Use case studies, role plays, and real-time HR scenarios for effective learning
Curriculum & Program Support
- Support academic leadership in implementing the Diploma HRM curriculum
- Assist in developing lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Update training content in line with current HR practices and labor laws
Student Development & Placement Readiness
- Mentor students for internships, projects, and placement opportunities
- Conduct mock interviews, HR simulations, and soft skills sessions
- Guide students on HR career paths and workplace professionalism
Academic Administration
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and performance reports
- Participate in academic reviews, faculty meetings, and institutional initiatives
- Coordinate with Jezreel HR Solutions team for industry exposure and placements
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree in HRM / MBA (HR) / MSW / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management
Experience
- Minimum 13 years of teaching or corporate HR experience
- Freshers with strong HR subject knowledge and training aptitude may also be considered
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong conceptual and practical understanding of HR functions
- Effective communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills
- Industry-oriented, placement-focused teaching approach
- Ability to handle diploma-level learners and skill-based training
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools
