Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Legal Manager located in Thiruvallai. The Human Resources Legal Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and handling labor and employment law matters. Day-to-day tasks include advising on HR legal issues, overseeing regulatory compliance, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring that all HR practices conform to labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Legal Compliance, Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Law and providing legal advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related fields
