About Human Resources:

The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

About the Role:

The role is responsible for a gamut of functions that include training needs identification, training coordination, and knowledge management. The role is responsible for supporting the Learning Head in managing training for Corporate Center staff at Axis Bank. They must address the learning needs through competency mapping and designing of learning roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Learning head in managing training for corporate center staff at Axis Bank.
  • Responsible for Training Need identification - Through Competency mapping, designing of learning roadmaps and TNI Discussion with the Department heads.
  • Implementing and driving training coordination - Training announcement, logistics management, vendor management, recording of attendance and feedback.
  • Enabling content development for both functional and behavioral trainings.
  • Partnering with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and leadership development challenges and implement training programs for all businesses based on gaps and best-case practices
  • Enhancing knowledge management - Handling and updating the training material and training outline library on regular basis.
  • Training Budget Tracking - Responsible for tracking the training budgets and reporting the same to Learning Head.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

  • Post Graduate Degree in Management from a recognized institute.
  • Extensive experience in Learning and Development and /or the Banking Domain
  • JAIIB/CAIIB preferred

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Good Vendor Management Skills
  • Training Co-ordination
  • Maintaining an overview of Training R Training MIS
  • Ensure Budget Management
  • Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
  • Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills)
  • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
