Role Description
V2Soft is seeking a Lead Human Resources- US Operations to join our team full-time on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves leading HR initiatives, managing employee relations, overseeing HR policies, and administering benefits programs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and collaborating with management to nurture a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Demonstrated skills in managing confidential information.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in HR Policies, Practices, Compensation & Benefits, Office administration, I9, Background/Drug checks, Employee Sign-up, Exit Interview etc.
- Experience developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining handbook on policies and procedures; performing benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness.
- Experience in maintaining affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
- Provide HR support for immigration activities (policies and practices, contracts review, visa & immigration support and coordination)
- Experience handling Employee issues and resolving the same.
- Experience in contracts administration, Immigration and VISA processing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Preferred a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus
