We are urgently hiring a HR Lead role.
Location: Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for BPO, IT, and AI roles
- Handle onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Drive employee engagement and resolve grievances
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Assist in workforce planning and HR process improvements
Requirements
- 5–10 years of HR experience in ITES/BPO/SaaS/Tech
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven with high ownership
