Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement (50%)

Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, learning sessions, and culture-building

activities.

Develop engaging internal communication materials (newsletters, posters, campaigns,

announcements)

Conceptualize and drive creative engagement campaigns and events.

Partner with stakeholders to drive participation and alignment across teams.

Experiment with innovative formats (online and in-person) to enhance engagement.

Track effectiveness and continuously improve initiatives based on feedback and insights.

2. Coordination & Documentation (30%)

Manage end-to-end logistics for engagement activities, learning programs, and HR initiatives.

Ensure seamless execution with strong attention to detail.

Maintain accurate documentation of HR processes, participation, and outcomes.

Track metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

3. HR Business Partnering (20%)

Act as the HRBP for the assigned employee group.

Conduct exit interviews and derive actionable insights.

Facilitate regular cadence meetings with teams and managers.

Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

Creativity in designing engaging campaigns and employee experiences, with proficiency in AI tools and Canva.

Strong learning agility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

High ownership mindset with strong execution focus.

Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively internally and externally.

Good-to-Have

Working knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting.

Understanding of HRBP responsibilities and HR lifecycle processes.

Experience in campaign management, content creation, or storytelling.

Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Exposure to employer branding or internal communications.

Not Suitable For

Individuals seeking roles that are purely operational/transactional or purely creative/strategic, rather than a blend of both.

Those who prefer clearly defined, static responsibilities with limited change.

Candidates who require constant direction rather than taking ownership.

Individuals not comfortable with collaboration or handling complex people-related challenges.

Those seeking fully remote roles (this role requires 3 days in-office)

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

2–4 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related creative roles; or transferable experience in campaign management, content creation, or marketing.

Prior experience in HR or HRBP roles is an advantage

Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
