About the Role
Benchmark Incentive and Leisure Travels is looking for a dynamic HR Lead to spearhead our human resources department. As we continue to scale our MICE and Leisure divisions, we need a strategic partner who can manage the entire employee lifecycle—from aggressive talent acquisition to building a high-performance culture. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure our Benchmark standards are reflected in our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, specifically focusing on hiring high-performing Travel Consultants, Operations Experts, and Sales Managers.
- Performance Management: Design and implement robust KRA/KPI frameworks and incentive structures that motivate a sales-driven workforce.
- Policy Development: Standardize HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance measures in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a vibrant, inclusive work environment through team-building activities, R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs, and conflict resolution.
- Training & Development: Coordinate product training sessions and soft-skills workshops to keep our travel experts ahead of market trends.
- HR Operations: Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, documentation, and exit formalities.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, preferably within the Travel, Hospitality, or Service industry.
- Education: MBA in HR or equivalent professional certification.
- Skills: Strong understanding of statutory compliance, payroll systems, and modern ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Communication: Assertive and empathetic communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who understands the nuances of a boutique agency environment.
