Job Description

Role - Human Resource Lead

Experience - 6+ Years

Location - Gurugram (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
  • Complete pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
  • Initiate and monitor Background Verification (BGV) with external vendors and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS (KEKA or equivalent) with complete accuracy.
  • Generate HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employment-related documents.
  • Govern employee attendance, leave records, holidays, and regular HR data validation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs such as new joiners, exits, attendance, leave, bonus/incentives, and salary revisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, benefits, attendance, etc, and manage HRMS HR Tickets.
  • Conduct new joiner induction and orientation sessions, including their journey during the probation period.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and HR communication activities.
  • Coordinate exit formalities, including clearance, exit interviews, Full & Final settlement inputs, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, onboarding, BGV status, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment, Finance, IT, Admin, and Business teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Assist in HR audits, policy implementation, process improvements, and documentation standardization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms; preferred KEKA.
  • Good understanding of payroll inputs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience in handling employee lifecycle management, HRMS, onboarding, BGV, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
  • Experience in the IT/ITES/Staffing/Consulting industry will be an added advantage.
