Role Requirements:

-> Strong network among labour communities relevant to the spinning/textile sector.

-> Hands-on experience in labour management & recruitment.

-> Ability to handle day-to-day HR operations and on-floor coordination.

->Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Note: We welcome applications from cities such as Rajkot, Surendranagar, Chotilla, and Jamnagar with ground experience in managing labour relations. You're expected to work in the field.
