Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Internship at UrbanRoof Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune (BANER). The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience with HR management and personnel management
• Familiarity with creating and implementing HR policies
• Understanding of employee benefits programs
• Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HR software and systems
