Role Description This is a remote Human Resources Internship role, offering hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced food and hospitality environment. The intern will assist with maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping draft and update HR policies, assisting with employee benefits documentation, and supporting basic personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and staff communication. The intern will also help organize virtual training sessions, gather feedback from team members, and contribute to initiatives that support a positive and compliant workplace culture. This internship is designed to provide practical learning, mentorship from HR professionals, and an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic brand.
Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Ability to support HR Management activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, and maintaining HR records.
  • Interest in learning and applying HR Policies and understanding basic labor and workplace compliance guidelines.
  • Willingness to assist with Employee Benefits administration, documentation, and employee queries under guidance.
  • Capability to support Personnel Management tasks, including scheduling, communication, and basic employee engagement activities.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Comfort using digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, HR or collaboration software) and working effectively in a remote setting.
