Human Resources Internship

This full-time on-site Human Resources Internship role is located at GKNM Hospital in Coimbatore. The intern will support various HR functions, including assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. Tasks may also include organizing staff events, maintaining records, and gaining hands-on experience in HR practices to contribute to the hospital's employee welfare and organizational efficiency.

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Familiarity with Personnel Management practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate a proactive approach
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
