Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role for an HR Recruiter Talent Acquisition. The intern will be responsible for assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, identifying and hiring top talent, and maintaining a streamlined recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include engaging potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers. Strong collaboration and communication skills will be essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience with Hiring and Interviewing methods
• Strong Communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with excellent time management
• Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to organizational growth
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
