Job Title: HR Intern

About the Role
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, and HR administration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn how a global organization like WWT supports, engages, and empowers its employees.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Support the planning and execution of WWT For All and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in internal communication efforts, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across the organization.
- Partner with HR Ops to address employee inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
HR Administration & Operations
- Collaborate with the onboarding team and participate in onboarding calls to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
- Assist with reference checks and background verification processes.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in updating and maintaining HRIS data and ensuring information accuracy.
- Assist in the off-boarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with HR policies.
- Support benefits enrolment and administration activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools; familiarity with HRIS or HR software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
