About the Role

Wellbeing Nutrition is looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to full-cycle HR processes in a fast-growing D2C nutrition company.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
• Onboarding and induction
• Employee records and HR operations on Zoho People
• HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes
• Employee engagement initiatives and internal events
• HR analytics, policy research, and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Preferred Skills

• Prior HR internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory
