We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resource management and organizational development.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Help maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support the HR team in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Help with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and preparing HR documents.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and policies to support the overall growth of the organization.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong interest in human resources and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and principles is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
