Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will play a key role in supporting HR operations and initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of HR policies, participating in employee engagement activities, conducting research on HR best practices, and helping with recruitment tasks, including reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews. This is an unpaid internship and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR setting. This is a remote role, providing flexibility in work arrangements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or interest in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR processes
