HR Intern – Operations (Noida | In-Office | 5 Days/Week)
Role Overview:
Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate documentation, letters, and compliance requirements
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Handle HR queries and provide administrative support
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in HR systems
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR (or pursuing) / relevant background
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools (preferred)
HR Intern – Business Partner (HRBP) (Noida | In-Office | 5 Days/Week)
Role Overview:
Work closely with business teams to support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams to support hiring and workforce planning
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Support performance management and feedback processes
- Help address employee queries and enhance employee experience
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports/insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders on HR projects
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR (or pursuing) / relevant background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
