Job Description

Freelance HR InternshipNature of Engagement
  • Freelance, project-based internship (not employment).
  • Independent contractor role; no statutory employee benefits.
  • Flexible working hours with task-based accountability.
Scope of Work
  • Conduct telephonic/video interviews as per job descriptions.
  • Assess candidate skills, communication, and job-fit.
  • Submit structured feedback to the hiring coordinator.
  • Attend 1 weekly online coordination meeting.
  • Maintain accurate evaluation records.
Duration
  • Fixed 2-month internship (extendable based on performance).
  • Auto-termination at the end of the term unless renewed.
Payouts & Terms
  • 300 per candidate successfully placed.
  • Payment after 1 month of the candidates confirmed employment.
  • Adjustments apply if the candidate exits within 3 months. [either monetary or place a new one without compensation] - so only hire candidates with a better retention mindset.
  • No fixed stipend/salary; only performance-based payouts.
  • Intern responsible for own tax compliance.
Required Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Good evaluation and observation skills.
  • Professional etiquette and politeness during interviews.
  • Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Google Docs for reporting.
Preferred Qualification
  • Completion of any professional HRM course (certificate holders will be given preference).
Professional Terms
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate/client data.
  • Deliverables remain the property of the platform.
  • Misconduct or breach may lead to termination without payout.
  • Either party may terminate with 7 days notice.
