About the Role

We are looking for a curious, people-first, and driven HR Intern to join our Aligarh office full-time. This is a hands-on role where you will work at the core of our people operations — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy implementation. You will not just be observing; you will be doing real HR work from day one.

What You Will Do

You will support end-to-end recruitment by helping draft job descriptions, screening candidate profiles, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting with onboarding new hires. You will maintain and organize employee records, HR databases, and essential documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. You will assist in developing, refining, and rolling out HR policies that keep our workplace structured and positive. You will also coordinate employee benefits programs and help plan engagement initiatives that bring the team closer together. Beyond this, you will contribute to day-to-day personnel management tasks, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how strategic HR directly supports business growth.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have strong communication skills both written and verbal, and a genuine ability to connect with people. Being organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once is essential in this role.
